Do you also offer rechargeable or USB-powered neon signs?
For safety reasons, we use a power system with a dedicated PSE-certified adapter. Rechargeable or USB-powered options are not available.
Can it be installed outdoors?
No, this product is designed for indoor use only.
Will it fade or deteriorate when installed on a window?
This product is designed for storefront window display.
Over time, prolonged UV exposure may cause slight fading on the tube surface.
However, this does not affect the LED light color or brightness.
What is the lifespan of the LED neon sign?
The estimated lifespan is approximately 5 years, depending on usage and environment.
Is there a warranty?
Yes, a 1-year warranty is provided after purchase. However, the following cases are not covered:
- Damage, malfunction, discoloration, or deformation caused by negligence or installation environment
- Improper use outside recommended guidelines, or damage caused by human error or natural disasters
- Accidents or damage during installation work
- Costs related to installation, reinstallation after repair/replacement, business losses, penalties, etc.
※ After the warranty period, paid replacement is available for parts other than the main unit.
