1. Clean the inside surface of the window and apply the adhesive hook
Lightly attach the hook to the desired position after wiping the glass clean.
2. Secure the Adhesive Hook Using the Included Squeegee
Use the squeegee to remove any air bubbles and strengthen the adhesion.
3. Apply the Front Sticker to the Outside of the Window
Recommended to help reinforce the adhesive hook attachment.

How do I print posters for Wtalk?
Wtalk is compatible with standard home and print-shop paper sizes, making posters easy to print using a home printer or local print service.
If you don’t have a printer, posters can also be conveniently printed at local print shops such as Staples or FedEx Office.
Two OPT film sheets are included for enhanced poster display, but standard paper can also be used without any issues.
Is installation difficult?
Not at all. No professional installation is required.
Simply attach the special adhesive hook to the inside of the window, apply the front sticker to the outside, and hang the unit in place.
The setup process is simple and designed for anyone to install easily.

Is the front sticker required?
We strongly recommend using the front sticker.
It helps protect the adhesive hook from sunlight and UV exposure, improving long-term durability and attachment strength.
It also helps make Wtalk more visible from outside the store.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Wtalk includes a 1-year limited product warranty from the date of purchase and 2 years of adhesive sticker Warranty.
The following cases are not covered under warranty:
- Damage, malfunction, discoloration, or deformation caused by misuse, negligence, or installation conditions
- Issues resulting from non-recommended usage
- Damage caused by accidents, natural disasters, or external factors
- Damage occurring during installation
- Installation costs, reinstallation costs after repair or replacement, business losses, penalties, or other indirect expenses
After the warranty period, certain replacement parts (excluding the main unit) may still be available for purchase.
